We were very impressed with the service we received from Bad Company. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated genuine care for the animals and pride in doing an excellent job. One of our children had been hearing sounds in his ceiling during the late winter months and was convinced that we had some bad company. It was only during the early Spring that my husband and I heard the very distinctive sounds of climbing, scratching and chittering in the attic. Mike and Matt returned our call within the hour and made arrangements to inspect our home. They quickly identified the entry point, the various other areas the racoon had tried to enter and discovered where the mother had nested her young. They also informed us that the original sounds heard during the winter were probably from a smaller animal the racoon had since driven out. They provided us with a lot of information on how racoons enter a home, nest, and how they usually have more than one den that they can relocate their family too. It was very clear that these gentlemen have a great deal of knowledge about the animals they work with. After the removal process was explained to us all potential entry points were repaired and covered, a one way door was installed and the five babies were removed and placed in a heated box where mama could safely retrieve them for relocation. Because of the large size of the litter, and the potential that all the babies would not be taken by the mother, Mike explained the different options available for tending to any babies left behind. They would either be taken to a shelter or potentially orphaned out to another racoon family they were removing in hopes that the other racoon will take them in. Fortunately our mama took all the babies with her, although it took two evenings for all the babies to be relocated. Mike and Matt came by regularly to check the babies and make sure they were doing alright throughout the process. Once they racoon family was gone Bad Company returned to remove the one way door, replace the racoon damaged soffit and do a thorough cleaning of the areas the racoon were living in. When they had finished, the mess and the smell was gone and we had no concerns that the racoons could get back in. I have since recommended these gentlemen to several of my friends should they find themselves in need of the removal of some bad company.

Many thanks to you Mike and Matt
