Stu was amazing 👏! I called him over the holidays for a quote and was pleasantly surprised that he could come out the same day for a free quote! Within the hour he had quoted us, we agreed, and he had started the job! One week later he came back to finish up and we were racoon free! I highly recommend STU and Bad Company. He was highly responsive, efficient and extremely friendly and professional. Down to earth gentlemen, who looks you in the eye, explains what he can do, charges a very reasonable fee, follows through and shakes your hand. You won’t find a more reasonable quote out there, I called them all! I will always call STU for any future issues with unwanted “Bad Company”. Thank you Stu!

I used this company back in September when I had squirrels getting into my roof. The job was further complicated by unruly and obnoxious neighbours who did not want us to use the driveway at all to complete the work on our home.The worker came promptly and they were informed of this issue, after having to turn away another service person. They arrived promptly surveyed the area and gave appropriate remedy. They had the RIGHT ATTITUDE and did not seem phased when said individuals came out being belligerent in attempts to stop them from working.They just did not engage in the none-sense- which is the right thing to do! Despite me having the right to work on my property. In the end, the owner completed the job and we were SO GRATEFUL. I believe his name was Stew- great guy! There is a reason he has 5 star google reviews.

Amazing service. 20 minutes after my call Stu showed up, checked out the situation, installed a bit of flashing and erased all our fears. Added to this he charged nothing for his time. Stu was professional, straight forward and upfront with the details of their service and quote details.He identified the issue, put in a one way door and fixed the hole the racoons used to get in. He was thorough, looking in the attic to inspect potential damage (mostly for excrement).Overall very satisfied with stu and the service he provided, would definately recommend.

I contacted Bad Company Wildlife as I had a problem with squirrels which I thought were either in the fascia or attic of my home.Stu was very prompt in returning my call.Stu arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and assessed the problem very quickly. He was very friendly and profesional.He found the entry point was a hole in the roof, installed the one way trap door and will return in a week to remove the trap and repair the hole.He provided me with a very reasonable cost for the repair.I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them and definitely use them again if needed.Thank you Stu for your excellent customer service!!

So grateful to bad company! They made a call for me out to a property on the Lake Erie shore to help with a nest of red squirrels in the wall behind my electrical panel! Inspected the soffit over my porch, went into the attic of my garage, then the attic of my house, then onto the roof to fix the issue. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a service company in a very long time.

I would highly recommend this company, they were amazing, friendly and gave excellent service. I had a raccoon problem and they came and got the baby raccoons out and they installed a one way door to allow the raccoon to escape. I will definitely use Bad Company Wildlife Eviction in the future.

We cannot overstate how amazing Bad Company is – we had a mice problem that other company’s said couldn’t be fixed because of the nature of our cottage, but these guys sealed our place up after 3 other company’s were unsuccessful and we haven’t had a single mouse in our cottage since. I’m really happy with the Bad Company’s customer service. I called them last night to inquire about dead animal removal and we also suspect that we have a mice problem. They came over the next morning and helped us look into it.They let us know that since we are not a freehold home, their services would not be ideal and referred me to another contact (which would be a lot cheaper for me).They helped me with our other issue and were in and out within 15-20 minutes!Stu and Mitch were really pleasant and nice and I’m very impressed with their responsiveness and their honesty.Thank you for your help!

I would give them six stars out of five if possible.We had a raccoon take up residence under the solar panels up on our roof. Bad Company came and installed cages around the edges of the panels.Unfortunately, the raccoon was there when they did the installation so they installed a temporary one-way door to allow the raccoon to escape.The raccoon was persistent in wanting to stay but Bad Company return to our house to monitor the situation and to eventually entice the raccoon out.Their dedication to getting the job completed when faced with a difficult situation impressed me and so I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Stu and Mitch are nothing but professionals! I only write reviews when warranted and Bad Company DEFINITELY warrants all my praise!I have bats coming into my house from the fireplace in the basement. The gentlemen came when they said they would; listened to my fears and created a plan.Two nights ago I emailed them in desperation as more bats were entering my living area and they replied at 1030 pm! Customer Service ON BLAST!They came the next day and removed four sleeping bats from my basement and sealed any leaks. They will be back Aug 2 to put a one way door in so the bats can finally leave! (Who knew u can’t evict bats until after August 1 cuz they’re mating?? Not this girl!)This has been a truly scary and unsettling experience but Mitch and Stu have been super supportive and helped get me through it.If you have ANY rodent/bug/creature issues I STRONGLY suggest calling them first!!
